Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we pride ourselves on the level of service we provide. All queries regarding accounts should be communicated in the first instance to our Customer Services Team who are always on hand to resolve any issues you may have. We strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

Any query should be made within 14 days of receipt of bet settlement. Unfortunately no query with regard to purported missing or erroneous bets can be entertained unless you can provide reasonably accurate details of the time and date of the purported bet.
