Sporting Index predict Steve McLaren will be given the boot in 80 days
London, 15th November - England face a couple of crucial days in their quest to qualify for Euro 2008. Ex-Captain Marvel David Beckham has been drafted into the squad for the friendly against Austria on Friday and spread betting company Sporting Index predict he will play 61 minutes of the 90. Those could be Beckham’s last ever minutes as an England player, especially if the team don’t qualify and the experts also reckon Steve McLaren will be out of a job in 80 days.
“McLaren will be praying Israel do him a favour on Saturday,” comments Sporting Index spokesperson Karl Suntay, “But if the Russians win and England don’t make it, there is very little chance of him holding onto his job.”
