HAMILTON TO WIN F1 CHAMPIONSHIP BY 14 POINTS
Sporting Index predict Britain’s star driver will end season on 106 points, winning six individual races
London, 20th March - Lewis Hamilton made a fantastic start to the 2008 season winning in Australia last weekend and he will be looking for a quick double on Sunday in Malaysia. He won five races last year, amassing 109 points and although he is forecast to win three points less this year, Sporting Index currently reckon he will become the new World Champion in October by a margin of 14 points from nearest challenger Kimi Raikkonen.
They also predict that he will win six races this season. “Lewis will still be fuming at throwing away the Championship last year,” comments Sporting Index spokesman Karl Suntay, “Now that he’s the definite number one at McLaren he’s got to have a fantastic chance and last weekend’s victory was the perfect start.”
