CRICKET WORLD CUP
The Cricket World Cup provides fans with their four-year international festival of cricket betting as the world's top teams battle for the right to be classed the best one-day side in the world.
In 2007, the tournament saw a number of cricket betting upsets as the minnows from Ireland progressed
from the group stages at the expense of Pakistan whilst Bangladesh knocked out the mighty India.
One of the most famous images of the tournament was Indian batsman Robin Uthappa being dismissed thanks
to a diving catch from a 20-stone Bermudan prison officer in the form of Dwayne Leverock.
The Aussies currently have the ascendency with three consecutive victories although in 1996, a cricket betting upset saw them triumph over Australia in Lahore.
