The University of Hertfordshire Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit has been engaged by the Directors of Sporting Index Limited to independently review the output of the Random Number Generator used to determine the outcome of the games hosted on the websites www.sportingindex.com, www.bethilo.com and other partner sites and on certain other distribution channels. Our responsibility is to confirm that the Random Number Generator used by Sporting Index Limited produces numbers such that every number has an equal chance of being selected at every stage. We have carried out extensive analysis on numbers obtained from the Random Number Generator used by Sporting Index Ltd to determine the outcome of its games. The conclusion drawn from this analysis is that the numbers are entirely consistent with what a truly random process would be expected to produce.
