How do I receive my account number and what do I do if I haven't received it? Once you've completed the application form you will be given a unique account number, which we will also email to you with confirmation of your account opening. Should you not receive this for any reason, check you junk email inbox and if it's not there, call our Customer Services team and they will get that information to you there and then. How can I log in and start betting? You can log in as if you are a full Sporting Index account holder by simply entering your unique account number and password in the fields provided at the top right of any page on our Sporting Index website. From there you can select any sports market and/or spread game you wish and away you go. If I've forgotten my password can I retrieve or change it? Underneath the username and password entry boxes at the top right of any page on the website there is an option called 'Lost Log In Details' - click on this, follow the instructions and we'll get your account number and password re-sent out to you. Does a Demo account give me the full Sporting Index experience? Yes. As a Demo account holder you'll have full access to the entirety of our site for a period of two weeks. All markets, spread games and exclusive event previews will be available and in addition you'll receive a weekly Newsletter breaking down all the weekend's key action. The only difference is that you'll be playing with pretend money called chips and all bets must be placed online. How long does my Demo account last for and can I extend it? Your Demo account lasts for a standard period of two weeks. Once that has ended you can request for the account to be reopened for another two weeks by calling or emailing our Customer Services team who will be able to get you up and running again in a matter of minutes (for contact details, see below). I'm running low on chips. Can you help? If your chip count drops below 500 we will automatically reload your account back to 5,000 chips. I need more information!
