Offer
available to new clients who open a Sporting Index
account from 09.00 Monday 6th February 2012. Sporting
Index Ltd ("We", "Us",
"Our") reserves the right to exercise Our
sole discretion as to whether or not to open an account
for any prospective client. Sports spread betting is
not suitable for everyone and We undertake credit and
other suitability checks on all applicants. For the
avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not available to clients
who have previously opened a Sporting Index or bethilo
account. |

The
qualifying stipulation for entitlement to the Offer
is five settled sports bets, each of which must have
the realistic potential to win and lose £20 (“Qualifying
Bets”). For example a £2 stake on a Corners bet does
not risk £20 but a £5 stake would. A £10 stake on
a football Total Goals bet does not risk £20 but
a £15 stake would. A £10 stake on a football Supremacy
bet does not risk £20 but a £15 stake would. For
further clarification on how we calculate the risk
of a trade, please contact our Customer
Services Team who will be happy to assist
you. |

All Qualifying Bets must be placed on separate
markets and have a minimum stake of £1. |

The Offer is valid to claim for one month from
the date your account was opened. |

Unless otherwise stated, closing, partially closing
and virtual games bets will not count as qualifying
bets. |

The maximum free bet payout under this Offer
is £600. |

Free bets must be placed at least 15 minutes
before the start of the event and cannot be closed
in-running. They will not appear in your list of
open bets. |

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other |

Clients reopening their Sporting Index account
or bethilo clients changing to a Sporting Index
account do not qualify for the Offer. |

Only
one Offer can be claimed per household. No employee
(or any relation or partner or agent thereof) of
any spread betting or fixed-odds bookmaking firm
is eligible to take advantage of this Offer. |

We reserve
the right to refuse to pay out under the Offer if
We have reasonable belief that: (a) there has been
any co-operation, collusion and/or organisation of
bets from the same source; or (b) the Offer is being
abused in any way. |

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Offer
or any part of the Offer at any time and without
notice. We are the sole arbiters of these Terms
together with any other issue arising hereunder.
We may make changes to these Terms and will notify
you of such changes by posting the modifications
here. We therefore recommend you revisit these
Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Our
websites and services you accept any such modified
Terms. |

If the Offer cannot be executed as planned, including
due to any unforeseen issue or technical malfunction
beyond our reasonable control, We shall incur no
liability for the non-awarding of this Offer. |

Any dispute or situation not covered by the Terms
will be resolved by Us in a manner we deem to be
fairest to all concerned. Our decision shall be final
and/or binding on all clients. No correspondence
will be entered into. The Offer will be governed
by the laws of England and Wales. If any condition
within these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid
or unenforceable under any applicable law, such condition
shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining
parts, be deemed omitted from these Terms and shall
in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability
of the remaining conditions. |
