SECTION 1: GENERAL FIXED-ODDS SPORTS RULES
1. The Result & Dead Heats
1.1 The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary. The official result will be determined according to our reasonable opinion, such opinion being formed by reference to all publicly available evidence. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes. The podium position in Motor Racing and the medal ceremony in Athletics and any similar official ceremony or presentations in other sports are to be treated as the official result. Where in our reasonable judgement no official result is available, the result will be:
(a) determined by an independent authority whose verdict shall be final for all purposes, or
(b) otherwise determined in accordance with our reasonable opinion, such opinion to be formed by reference to all available evidence.
1.2 Bets will provisionally be settled by reference to all available evidence, but if the result which is determined as set out above differs from the result used for provisional settlement, settlement may be retrospectively adjusted so as to reflect the result so determined.
1.3 Unless other terms are advertised, outright betting will be settled on the player or team that lifts the trophy or, for knockout competitions, on the competitor who qualifies for the next round. This applies as long as the match has started and is not drawn and replayed. If the match is drawn and replayed, Bets will stand and be settled on the result of the replayed match.
1.4 If a dead-heat between two selections is declared on any event as the official result, unless stated otherwise elsewhere in these fixed-odds rules, half the stake is applied to the selection at full price and the other half is lost. If a dead-heat is declared between more than two selections, the stake is proportioned accordingly.
2. Ante-Post Bets
2.1 Ante-Post bets are accepted on the basis that the Bet will stand whether a selection participates or not. If the selection does not participate in the event named, the Bet will be a loser. Even if the selection was not entered in the event (for example, a horse in a race), as long as there was the possibility that it could have been entered at a later stage, the Bet will stand. If an event is advertised 'no-runner no Bet' stakes will be refunded on a selection withdrawn prior to the start of an event. If a selection has taken any part in the event once it has officially started and then fails to complete such an event for whatever reason, your Bet will be settled as a loser.
2.2 Any Bet placed on an Ante-Post selection before the entries have closed will therefore stand. The only circumstances under which the selection will become void are:
(a) The event is declared void or abandoned;
(b) In horse racing, a horse is balloted out, eliminated or prevented from running under the relevant Rules of Racing; or
(c) In horse racing and greyhound racing, if the conditions of the race entry are changed (for example a change in race distance or venue, however not including a change of race date) prior to the horses or greyhounds coming under starters orders; or
(d) A bet on an Ante Post event was placed without taking a price.
Where the above conditions apply to a selection in an Ante-Post multiple Bet, the selection in question will be treated as a non-runner and the Bet settled at the Ante-Post prices laid on the remaining selections.
Where the above conditions apply to a selection in an Ante-Post multiple Bet, the selection in question will be treated as a non-runner and the Bet settled at the Ante-Post prices laid on the remaining selections.
2.3 If an Ante-Post Bet is placed after entries to the event have closed, the Bet will be voided, unless the event takes place on a later date at the same venue with the same rules and entries are not re-opened.
2.4 In the event of a winning Bet being placed on an event in which a different player or team or runner is withdrawn, we may apply the equivalent to a Tattersalls' rule 4(c) to your winnings, based on the price of the selection withdrawn.
3. Multiple Bets, Enhanced Prices and Related Events
3.1 We may sometimes offer an enhanced price for multiple bets, such as doubles or trebles. Any non-runners on such multiple bets will be treated as a void selection. For example, a treble with a non-runner will be settled as a double on the remaining selections. The prices for the remaining selections will be based on the advertised prices for the individual selections at the time the Bet was placed and not the enhanced prices.
3.2 Multiplied prices do not normally apply for the same selection to win more than one event and the only bets available at the current prices are usually singles. A combined price may be available, however, which will apply to selected doubles, trebles, accumulators, etc. By way of example:
(a) Chelsea to win the Premier League and the FA Cup; or
(b) Rory McIlroy to win all four Major golf titles.
3.3 If a multiple Bet on related events is accepted in error at the individual event prices, the Bet will be settled at the combined price available at the time the Bet was placed. If a combined price was not available, the stake will be split equally as singles at the individual event prices available at the time the Bet was placed.
3.4 If a combined price was taken for the same selection in two events and the selection does not take part in one of them, the Bet will be settled as follows:
(a) Markets offered Ante-Post will be clearly marked and our Ante-Post rules apply (see paragraph 4 above);
(b) If the Bet was placed on the 'day of event' of the first event and the 'day of event' selection does not take part, this selection will be treated as a non-runner and the Bet will become a single/multiple for the remaining Ante-Post event(s). The Bet will then be settled based on the price and place terms available at the time the Bet was placed (normal Ante Post bets apply);
(c) When prices on different selections in the same event are advertised, these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related. The only exception to this is where special prices are made available from time to time (for example, a scorecast on a football match). If such a Bet is accepted in error, the Bet will be settled by dividing the stake unit equally between related outcomes to create a series of single bets.
4. Match Odds & Handicap Betting
4.1 When prices for both match odds and handicap betting are advertised, the Bet will be settled on the match odds result unless the handicap price is specifically requested at the time the Bet is placed. Where only handicap betting is available the Bet will be settled as a handicap Bet whether requested or not.
5. Venue Changes & Abandoned Matches
5.1 If your selection is no longer playing at the venue advertised your Bet will still stand unless the venue has been changed to the opponent's venue. In the case of international matches the venue must remain in the same country.
5.2 If a match is abandoned before Full Time, all bets on the match outcome will, unless specifically stated otherwise, be voided unless an official result is declared. Bets on all markets which have been unconditionally determined will stand, for example in football matches, first goalscorer bets will stand if a goal has been scored. Full time is determined by the rules of the specific sport; please refer to any special rules in relation to each sport.
6. Errors
6.1 The price quoted by us to you in relation to any Fixed Odds Bet will be incorrect if, as a result of human error; oversight; technological failure and/or malfunction, the price is materially different from the price that, but for such error and/or oversight and/or technological failure and/or malfunction, we would, having regard to all the information in the public domain relating to the event to which the price relates, have quoted to you in the normal course of business at the time when you requested it.
6.2 The difference between the price that we have quoted to you and the price that we would have quoted to you in the normal course of business will be material if, in the event that the Fixed Odds Bet is successful for you, it results in a difference in profit of more than 50% (fifty per cent) as compared with the profit that you would have made at the price that we would, having regard to all the information in the public domain relating to the event to which the price relates, have quoted to you in the normal course of business at the time in question.
(a) If we have quoted a price to you for a Fixed Odds Bet in relation to an event at a time when, in the normal course of business, we would not have quoted a price in relation to a Fixed Odds Bet on that event at all, the price quoted will be deemed to be incorrect.
6.3 Any Fixed Odds Bet that is accepted at a price or on terms that are incorrect will be void. If a Fixed Odds Bet has not been accepted at an incorrect price but has purportedly been closed at a price that was incorrect, the purported closure will be void, but the Fixed Odds Bet will stand as validly accepted.
7. Match betting
This Bet is based on one selection or more beating another according to the specific conditions advised. If a selection in the match Bet does not take part the Bet will be void. If the selections dead heat, dead heat rules apply.
SECTION 2: INDIVIDUAL SPORTS RULES
Football Rules
1. Acceptance of bets
All football bets will be settled on the score at the final whistle at the end of full time. This denotes the period of play after the scheduled length of the match plus any time added by the referee for injuries and other stoppages but does not include scheduled extra time, or penalty shoot-outs, if played. Extra time denotes the period of play which takes place after full time but which does not include any penalty shoot outs. In matches where penalty shoot outs or extra time are due to take place, all bets are settled on the full-time score unless specifically stated otherwise. If the length of a match is changed from the scheduled length, all bets will be void. In the event that the length of a match is played as scheduled, but the format is changed (3 x 30 minutes instead of 2 x 45 minutes, for example) then all Bets will stand, with the exception of half based Bets, which will be void.
1.1 For matches played at neutral venues, the team listed on the left in the match fixture emanating from the relevant governing body of the football competition in question is classed as the 'home' team for settlement purposes.
1.2 In the event that an official result cannot be found for a match, all Bets will be void. If a partial result can be found, settlement of Bets with a known outcome will be completed and Bets with an unknown outcome will be void, for example if only the full time scoreline is known, Match Winner and Over/Under Goals will be settled, Double Result will be void.
2. Postponed/re-arranged matches
2.1 If a match is postponed, all single bets will stand if the match takes place within 24 hours of the scheduled kick off time. This will be the case unless the venue of the match is altered.
2.2 When a multiple Bet is concerned, if the game is postponed, the multiple reduces by 1 leg (i.e. a treble becomes a double).
2.3 If a match is abandoned, any bets where the outcome has been decided will be settled (First half winner/first goalscorer). All other bets will be void regardless of the score at the time. Games will be deemed to be abandoned if they do not reach a conclusion by midnight.
2.4 In the event of abandoned/postponed match, aggregate markets will be void, unless the outcome of the market can be determined from the matches that have been completed.
3. Player Bets
3.1 Own goals are ignored for the settlement of all goalscorer bets. Bets on a player who does not take to the pitch will be void.
3.2 For first goalscorer bets, all bets on a player who takes no part in the match or who comes on as a substitute after the first goal has been scored will be void. If a match is abandoned before the first goal is scored, all bets are void. This includes any 'no goalscorer' Bet. If the match is abandoned after the first goal is scored, all bets will stand. If the only goal scored before the end of full time is an own goal, then 'no goalscorer' will be deemed the outcome.
3.3 For last goalscorer best, all bets on a player stand as long as they take to the pitch, regardless of whether they were on the pitch when the last goal was scored. If the only goal scored within 90 minutes is an own goal, then 'no goalscorer' will be deemed to have been the outcome.
3.4 For anytime, brace or hat-trick goalscorer bets, all bets on a player stand as long as they take to the pitch. In the event of an abandoned match all bets will be void, unless bets on a player to score a brace, hat-trick or at anytime have already been determined.
3.5 For last team to score, settlement is based upon the team scoring the last goal before the end of full time. Own goals DO count for this market. For example, if Chelsea are playing Tottenham and the last goal is an own goal by a Tottenham player, Chelsea would be the winner in the 'last team to score' market.
3.6 Any goalscorer multiple bets will be subject to being reduced where a player does not take part or has not been on the pitch when the goal in question is scored.
3.7 In the event of uncertainty about who scored a goal, where possible, the official league source is used. In the event that a goalscorer is changed during the game, all bets will be resettled and accounts adjusted accordingly. Bets such as brace, hat trick or scorecast will be subject to being rebooked at the appropriate price if resettlement occurs.
3.8 Assists: An assist is awarded to an attacking player who, with any action, delivers the ball to the goalscorer who then scores without further loss of the ball to the opposition. The assist action can have no bigger than a small deflection which doesn't change the direction of the trajectory of the ball and finds it's intended target. There are no assists awarded for Penalty Goals, Direct Free Kick Goals or Own Goals. In the event of uncertainty about whether a player completed an assist, the official league source is used except where the specific rules state the contrary.
3.9 For Player Shots on Target, Shots, Fouls Committed, Completed Passes and Saves, players must start the match for bets to stand. In the event of an abandoned match all bets will be void, unless bets on Player Shots on Target, Shots, Fouls Committed, Completed Passes and Saves have already been determined. These markets will be tracked and scored by our official adjudicator (OPTA), whose decision will be final.
4. Goal Minute Markets
4.1 For settlement purposes the first minute of the game will be from 1 second to 59 seconds, the 2nd minute from 1 minute to 1 minute 59 seconds and so on. For example, if a Bet is placed on the first goal to be scored between 11 and 20 minutes and the first goal is scored at 20 minutes 03 seconds; the Bet will be a loser as this falls within the 21 to 30 minutes category.
5. Related Bets in One Match
5.1 Two or more individual bets on the same match (e.g. correct score, first player to score etc) cannot be combined in accumulative bets, with the exception of where prices are offered such as a Scorecast market.
5.2 Where an accumulative Bet as described in 5.1 has been accepted in error it will be settled by splitting the stake into equal single bets on the individual markets.
6. Time of Acceptance of Football Bets
6.1 On markets advertised as 'non-live' we will usually only accept bets before or up to the advertised kick off time. Any bets taken in error can be void. However, we may choose to accept bets on these markets within the first few minutes of a match if there has been no action that would in our reasonable opinion significantly affect the outcome of the Bet.
7. Scorecasts (first player to score and correct score)
7.1 Winning bets will have successfully predicted both the player who will score the first goal in a selected match and also the correct score at the end of full time.
7.2 In the event that your selected player takes part in the match after the first goal has been scored or does not take part in the game at all, a scorecast Bet will revert to a single Bet on the correct score at the price advertised for that single Bet at the time the Bet was placed.
7.3 As own goals do not count for first goalscorer purposes, in the event that the first goal is an own goal the scorecast will be settled on the next goalscorer and correct score of the game. If the final score is 1-0 and the goal is an own goal, scorecast bets are settled as a correct score single as above.
7.4 In the event that a match is abandoned prior to the completion of full time and a goal has been scored, or the first goal was an own goal, scorecast bets will be settled as first goalscorer single bets. If no goal has been scored, all bets will be void.
8. Card Markets
8.1 Card related markets: Yellow card counts as 1, Red card counts as 2. When a player is shown a second yellow card resulting in a red card only the red card will be counted for settlement purposes, meaning a maximum of 3 points per player. This applies to specific card markets and components of accumulative bets.
8.2 Booking Index related markets: Yellow card counts as 10 points, Red card counts as 25 points. When a player is shown a second yellow card resulting in a red card only the red card will be counted for settlement purposes, meaning a maximum of 35 points per player.
8.3 The settlement of markets involving the incidence of cards shown to players during an individual match will be determined in accordance with General Fixed Odds Sports Rule 1. Any Bet taken on the basis of a wrong score so far will be rebooked at the correct price.
8.4 Card markets are settled by reference to cards shown from kick off until the end of scheduled 90 minutes play including injury time but excluding extra time. Cards will only count which are shown to players after they take the pitch for the first time and before they leave the pitch for the final time. Cards shown to non-players (e.g. managers or subs) do not count. Any card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown shall be disregarded. If after the final whistle a card shown during a game is rescinded, or reduced to a yellow card from a red card, that will not affect the settlement of any markets involving bookings on the game in question.
8.5 For markets involving the time of yellow and red cards, these markets will be settled by reference to the time at which the relevant card is shown.
8.6 For 1st team carded, when two cards are shown in the same incident, the market will settle to the player that is shown the card first.
8.7 For 1st player carded, if a player does not play or comes on after the first card, bets will be void. Only cards to players on the pitch count, not subs or managers (unless specified in a special Bet). When two cards are shown in the same incident, the market will settle to the player that is shown the card first.
8.8 For player to be carded, all bets on a player stand as long as they take to the pitch. In the event of an abandoned match all bets will be void, unless bets on a player to be carded has already been determined.
9. Number Of Corners
9.1 The total number of corners taken before the end of full time is used for settlement of such bets. Corners awarded but not taken will not count. If a corner has to be re-taken, only one corner will be counted.
9.2 Bets on all corner markets that are placed when the `so far' is incorrect, will be rebooked at the correct price.
10. Penalty Shoot Outs
10.1 All penalty shootout markets apply only to the result of a penalty shootout. Penalties scored before the completion of full time and/or extra time will not count for the purposes of this market. In the event that a match does not go to a penalty shootout, all bets on these markets will be void. This does not include `To Qualify' or `Method of Victory' which will settle on the match or extra time result.
11. Own Goal markets
11.1 The official result passed by the Official League source will be deemed final at midnight local time the day the match is played.
11.2 Headed Own Goals do not count towards Headed Goal markets
12. 4th Official added time
12.1 The number of minutes awarded in the match. The number of minutes stipulated will count for settlement, regardless of the time played by the referee.
13. Extra Time Betting
13.1 Extra time betting will be based on the scheduled period of play during extra time.
13.2 All extra time betting markets will start from the beginning of extra time and not include normal time (i.e. the time before the end of full time).
14. Outright Markets
14.1 All bets are settled on the final league placings, regardless of what happens in any divisional play-offs. Bets on 'who will win' a particular league will be settled on the team that lifts the trophy. In the event that a team does not complete all of its fixtures, bets will still stand.
14.2 Any penalties or appeals concluded after the end of the final game of the season will not count towards settlement.
14.3 If a season is curtailed because no further play is possible then the following settlement principles will be applied: Where an official result is declared, settlement will be based on the official result. Where an official result is not declared, all Bets that will be void.
14.4 Any bets placed on over/under season points will be settled on points on the pitch, disregarding any points deductions. In the event that a team does not finish the season, bets will be void unless the points tally has been exceeded in which case the Bet will be settled accordingly.
14.5 Settlement of `To qualify' markets will be taken from the result on the pitch. Settlement will not be reversed if a team is subsequently removed from the competition.
14.6 In season match bets (which of two teams will place highest in the league at the end of the season), if teams finish level on points then the tie breaker used by the league in question (for example, goal difference or head-to-head records) will decide the winner. Should the official result fail to determine which team has placed ahead of the other, then rule 1.4 in respect of dead-heats shall apply.
14.7 In Season Handicap betting, should two teams tie, dead heat rules apply. Goal difference or any other method will NOT be used as a tiebreaker.
14.8 Promotion: This includes promotion through automatic places as well as through any play off competition.
14.9 Relegation: Teams must finished in the designated places to be relegated. Any team removed from the league will not be settled as relegated.
14.10 League Group betting: Which team will finish higher in the league. Final league placings will determine the result of this market.
15. Outright Goalscorer
15.1 Bets placed on a player to be the top scorer in a given league are based on games played in the regular season only. Only goals scored in the denoted league shall count. Any goals scored in subsequent play-off games do not count for betting purposes. Should a player not participate in at least one match in the named league then bets on that player shall be void.
15.2 Player Season goals: How many goals the nominated player scores in that particular league/competition for the period stated. Official league result will be used for settlement.
15.3 Top team goalscorer: If two players are tied, dead heat rules apply. League goals only and only goals scored for the designated team.
16. Minute markets
16.1 Bets will be settled as per what minute an event happens in. 02.00 would be the 3rd minute or the game, with 02.59 being the last second of that minute. Corners will be either settled on when they are awarded or taken subject to the particular market rule. Bookings will be settled as when the referee issues the card to the player in question.
17. Player and Match Specials
17.1 Special markets involving named players will be void if any of the named players do not start the match. Special markets containing a match (or matches) which are abandoned/postponed will be settled on the remaining events if they have been priced and offered as individual events. If they have not been offered the market will be void.
18. Red Card and Penalty Markets
18.1 If a red card or penalty is awarded but subsequently overruled by VAR, or the referee altering the decision, these will not be counted towards related markets such as Will There Be A Penalty Awarded.
18.2 If a penalty is saved this will count as the penalty being missed.
Horse Racing Rules
19. Acceptance of Bets & Settlement
19.1 We accept bets on most races staged under rules in Britain and Ireland. We also accept bets on selected major international races on request.
19.2 All bets will be settled on the official result declared by the racecourse judge. Where a result is amended after the official result (Official Result: Announced at the "weigh-in" on the day, after any Steward's Enquiries and/or objections have been considered), for example following a successful appeal, the amendment will be ignored for settlement purposes. If a winner is disqualified after the official result is announced, the disqualification will not affect the settlement of bets. However, if a horse is disqualified for any reason before the official result is announced, all bets on that horse are losing bets.
19.3 If no official starting price ('SP') or industry off course starting price is returned, your Bet will be settled at the last Sporting Index price displayed for every runner at the off. Where no betting shows are transmitted bets will be settled at Tote pool odds.
19.4 If a race is cancelled, abandoned or declared void all bets on that race will be void. If a race is postponed but takes place on the original day, all bets on that race will stand.
19.5 If the surface of an individual race or whole meeting is changed from turf to artificial surface or vice versa, bets placed on that race or any race at that meeting will stand.
19.6 Any Bet placed on a race declared either a walkover or 'void' by the relevant horse racing authority/governing body will be void.
19.7 Any reserves listed in Irish races will be priced up for the purposes of quoting an early price (i.e. before it is clear whether the reserve will take part). Where reserves do not run, then no Rule 4 will be applied. However, if a reserve takes the place of a withdrawn horse (therefore becoming an official runner), but is subsequently declared a non-runner, then a Rule 4 (Deductions) may apply. In the event a reserve takes part in a race and it has not been priced up, where a Bet has been accepted at an early price, the Bet will be settled on the result `without the reserve runner(s)'. Each way bets settled on the result `without the reserve runner(s)' will be based on the number of runners, excluding reserves, which start the race.
19.8 If two horses have identical names, bets placed by text or telephone must differentiate between each by stating a race time and meeting. Bets accepted by text or by telephone that do not differentiate by stating a race time and meeting will have the stake spilt with an equal amount placed on each horse.
19.9 If a horse is entered for two or more races on the same day, win and each way bets placed on the horse that are timed for the race in which it actually runs will stand. Win and each way bets placed on the horse that are timed for a race in which it does not run will be void.
20. Unnamed favourites
20.1 Bets nominating the favourite are accepted where available on certain horse races at SP only.
20.2 The favourite is the selection returned at the shortest price. In the event of two selections starting joint favourites then stakes are divided equally.
20.3 Unnamed favourites may not be included in forecast or tricast bets.
21. Win and Each-Way Singles
21.1 Win single bets are available on all horse races. You can choose to take Sporting Index's early price (if available), a show price (i.e. from the racecourse in the minutes leading up to a particular race) or the SP.
21.2 Each-Way bets (win and place where 50% of the total stake is on the win and 50% on the place) are offered for the majority of horse races. The each-way terms available are governed by the number of runners taking part in a particular race and, unless otherwise stated, are as follows:
(a) Handicaps, Nursery and Rated Stakes Handicap races of 16 or more runners: 1/4 odds first four places;
(b) Handicaps, Nursery and Rated Stakes Handicap races of 12 to 15 runners: 1/4 odds first three places;
(c) All other races of eight or more runners:1/5 odds first three places;
(d) All races of five, six or seven runners: 1/4 odds first two places; and
(e) Races with fewer than five runners: place money element of an each-way Bet goes on to win element.
21.3 If you are in any doubt you should check the each-way terms available at the time of placing your Bet.
22. Withdrawals/Non-Runners (Tattersalls Rule 4)
22.1 Where a horse is withdrawn, or adjudged not to have started, and is therefore officially declared a non-runner, stakes on that selection will be refunded (ante-post bets are the exception to this). Bets on the remaining runners in that race will be subject to a deduction based on what are known as `Tattersalls Rules 4 (see 23.2 below). The level of deduction will be determined by the non-runner's price as quoted by us at the time the horse is declared a non-runner. Once industry show prices are available from the relevant racecourse, the deduction will be determined by the show price at the time the horse is withdrawn. Bets on horses in subsequent markets that then have one or more withdrawn horses will have a deduction calculated on the prices applicable to that market at the time of the withdrawal.
22.2 Tattersalls Rule 4 states that following formula will be applied to the price at time of withdrawal to calculate the amount deducted in each £1 from winnings:
1/9 or shorter - 90p
2/11 to 2/17 - 85p
1/4 to 1/5 - 80p
3/10 to 2/7 - 75p
2/5 to 1/3 - 70p
8/15 to 4/9 - 65p
8/13 to 4/7 - 60p
4/5 to 4/6 - 55p
20/21 to 5/6 - 50p
Evens to 6/5 - 45p
5/4 to 6/4 - 40p
13/8 to 7/4 - 35p
15/8 to 9/4 - 30p
5/2 to 3/1 - 25p
10/3 to 4/1 - 20p
9/2 to 11/2 - 15p
6/1 to 9/1 - 10p
10/1 to 14/1 - 5p
over 14/1 - No deduction
22.3 In the event of there being two or more withdrawals in one event, the total deduction shall not exceed 90p in the pound.
23. Multiple Bets
23.1 The 'win' and 'place' element of each-way multiple bets are settled separately (that is, win-to-win and place-to-place).
24. Forecast Betting
24.1 We accept straight forecasts, reversed forecasts, combination forecasts. A `straight forecast' is a Bet where two horses are named to come first and second in the correct order for a particular race. In a `reversed forecast' the two horses are named to come first and second in either order for a particular race. In a `combination forecast' you select three or more horses, with any of these to finish first and second in either order for a particular race.
24.2 Straight, reversed and combination forecasts are available provided three or more horses run in any one race.
24.3 Forecast bets are settled in accordance with the industry Computer Forecast Returns, except in the event that a Straight Forecast is accepted for a race where no returns are declared in which case it will be void.
24.4 Should any forecast contain a non-runner then the total stake will be placed to Win on the other selection, unless a non-runner results in less than 3 actually running in a race; then all forecasts for that race will be void.
24.5 We do not accept 'unnamed favourite' in forecast bets.
25. Tricast Betting
25.1 A tricast is a Bet requiring you to nominate the selections to finish first, second, and third in the correct order for a particular race. We accept horseracing tricast bets on selected races and all tricast bets are settled in accordance with the appropriate industry computer returns, except in the event that:
(a) Five or fewer horses actually run in a particular race in which case all tricast bets will be void;

If a meeting has a race abandoned or declared void, then all bets on aggregate winning distances will be void.
27.4 The maximum winning distance for a race run under National Hunt rules (including National Hunt flat races) is 30 lengths. The maximum winning distance for a flat race is 12 lengths. 78.2 If a batsman retires and does not resume his innings, his score will stand. Bets placed on any player not in the starting eleven will be void. Bets placed on a player in the starting eleven stand, whether they bat or not. If two or more players tie as top batsman, then we will apply our dead heat rules as per paragraph 1.4.

80. Batsman Runs
80.1 The result of this market is determined by the total number of runs scored by a named batsman in the course of an innings.
80.2 Only runs attributed to the named batsman count. Extras (e.g. wides, no-balls, leg-byes, etc.) that occur during the course of that batsman’s innings do not count as runs accrued by that batsman. If a batsman retires hurt but returns to bat later then the total number of runs scored by the batsman during the innings is the final result. 105.1 All bets will be settled on the official results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body.

107.4 Game Totals/Period Totals/Team Totals: The game total result is the combined goals for both teams inclusive of overtime. At least 15 minutes of official time must elapse in the 3rd period for bets to stand, unless the total is already over. In the event of the totals goals being the exact quote where no exact price is offered, all stakes are refunded. Period goals only apply to that specific period and the entire period must be played. 110. Period Betting - 20 mins only
110.1 Each 20 minute period is treated as a separate 'mini-match' and therefore your selection must score more goals than the other team within the chosen period to win. Any existing score in the match is not carried forward, and so for the purposes of period betting, every period is considered as starting 0-0, as no goals have yet been scored in the period. For example, if your selected team wins a match 2-0, scoring in the 2nd and 3rd periods, the period scores would be 0-0, 1-0 and 1-0. If you had Bet on the team to win "1st Period Betting - 20 mins only", although your team won the match, the winning selection for Period 1 would actually be "Draw".
